MORE INFO
Gathering Latino Students from Across the Midwest
Encuentro 2019 is hosted by InterVarsity LaFe Latino Student Ministries for Latino college students of every background to gather together, explore our shared and individual identities, and discover how our faith influences our lives on campus, our families, and every other part of our lives.
Our theme this year is "Created and Called".  In Jeremiah chapter 1 God tells Jeremiah “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” God was also intentional with his creation of us. He knew us and has called us not only be part of His family but to also be His ambassadors. Join us as we discover together what it means that God knows us and understand what He has called us too. What happens when we embrace that we have been created and begin to live out the calling on our lives?  Come and join us as students across the Mid-West gather to explore these questions together and celebrate our community!
